Do I really see my system online, without talking to anyone?
Yes. With your monthly bill we size your system on the spot and tell you what equipment it takes. The number goes in your proposal, prepared by an advisor with your bill in front of them — because a price without your roof, your real usage and your credit means nothing.
Will my bill be $0?
No — and anyone promising that isn’t being straight with you. You stop paying LUMA for consumption, but the fixed meter charges remain (about $8–$16/month today). What actually drops is consumption — which is most of your bill.
What happens when the power goes out?
Your battery takes over automatically in milliseconds. The fridge, internet, fans and essentials keep running. Next day, your panels recharge the battery even if the grid is still down.
What about net metering? Isn’t it going away?
Act 10-2024 protects it: whoever connects keeps their terms for 20 years. Connecting now locks in today’s rules for your system.
Why don’t I see the price online?
Because the honest number depends on your roof, your real usage and your credit, and a web page cannot see any of that. Online you see which system fits; an advisor brings you the price in your proposal, already validated. That way there are no surprises later.
Who stands behind the warranties?
Equipment carries factory warranties from the manufacturer, and your system’s production is guaranteed by contract, with the guarantor named in the document.
