Honest inspection
We check the real condition of your roof: ponding, cracks and which sealing system fits it. If it needs repair before sealing, we tell you.
Prep and application
Pressure washing, touch-up repairs and sealant applied to the manufacturer’s spec. One to three days of work depending on the roof.
Warranty in writing
When we finish you receive your warranty certificate for material and labor, with the years spelled out. No fine print.
What your price depends on
Three things, and all three are confirmed at the inspection:
- How many square feet your roof actually measures
- What condition it’s in: ponding, cracks and old coatings
- Which sealing system fits it and how many years it warrants (up to 10)
