In solar, the warranty is the only thing left once the salesperson has been paid. Here are the three layers that protect your system — each named in your contract, not in a spoken promise.
Factory warranty
Each piece of equipment carries its manufacturer’s warranty, honored by the manufacturer itself. Panels are built to produce for 25 years or more, with a factory warranty covering much of that span. The battery carries its own warranty in years and charge cycles. The exact model is written into your proposal and your contract, not just spoken.
Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our work. If a leak appears at a spot we installed, our workmanship warranty covers it and we fix it, at no cost to you. That’s why every anchor is sealed and inspected when the job is done. We’re local: you won’t be chasing anyone off-island to make it right.
Production guaranteed by contract
Your system has production guaranteed by contract, with the guarantor named in the document and its terms in writing. If the system produces less than guaranteed, you know exactly who to claim from and how — it isn’t buried in fine print.
We don’t wait for you to notice
Your production is tracked from an app, and we watch it too. If output drops, we catch it and address it.
And what we will NOT promise you
No roof is indestructible in a Category 5 hurricane
The system is engineered and permitted for Puerto Rico’s wind loads, with anchors certified for that force. We give you a system mounted to code, inspected and insurable — not an impossible promise.
Your LUMA bill does not drop to $0
You stop paying for the consumption you now produce, but the fixed meter charges remain. Anyone promising $0 isn’t being straight with you.
Local, and we don’t disappear
Puerto Rico has seen off-island companies arrive, sell and disappear. We live here, install here and answer here. We back our installation and help you handle any factory claim, so you’re not left sorting it out alone from the island.
Cancel at no cost before we install
You buy calmly, not under pressure. You can cancel with no penalty at any time before the installation begins. Since you see your price online, with no salesperson on top of you, you decide at your own pace.
